    Q1: What is your opinion about the Casserly's new status?

    I agree - its about time. He had a poor performance as the Skins GM.

    It was for the best, he wasnt getting along with Turner.

    It was a big mistake, the Dan should have given him until the end of the season like the trial Norv is getting.

    Dan should have fired Norv instead.

    Q2: What is your opinion about the hiring of Vinny Cerrato?

    I think he has a good eye for talent, and it was shrewd move by Snyder.

    A good solid step towards giving the Skins a proven management structure.

    I am very disappointed - Cerrato made too many mistakes with the 9ers.

    Unsure - let's see how he does this year.
